After driving the Ram 2500 HD over the extended winter break in traffic, on city streets, and on the open road I’ve concluded that it’s — surprise! — too big for L.A.  Even so, I would have had to make many more trips while hauling an apartment’s worth of stuff in a smaller vehicle.

Like the red 2008 Cadillac CTS in the photo above at the left, the Buick LaCrosse is impressive before you pull away from the curb — especially at night. Similar to Subarus and other cars, the LaCrosse’s gauges do a full sweep upon startup, but with the LaCrosse, those turning HIDs sweep back and forth, as well.
